How to Place an Order (with Echo)

You can place an order on Ghost in the Bottle in two ways: Directly through the online shop Or by chatting with Echo, your personal wine companion, who can recommend and order for you. 💬 1. Ordering with Echo

Echo can find, recommend, and order wine for you — all through conversation.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Start a chat with Echo and tell her what you’re looking for:

    “Find me a fruity red under £25.”
    “I’d like a bottle that pairs well with pasta.”

  2. Echo will suggest wines based on your preferences, past orders, or mood.

  3. When you find one you like, just say:

    “Add it to my cart,” or “Order this for me.”

  4. Echo will confirm your details, payment method, and delivery address before completing checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed — just as if you’d checked out manually.

Prefer to browse yourself?

  • Explore by region, style, or mood in our online shop.

  • Add wines to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  • You can still ask Echo questions at any time (“What’s similar to this?” or “Would this pair with salmon?”).


🚚 3. Tracking and Managing Orders

Echo can also help you:

  • Check your order status.

  • Update delivery details.

  • Reorder a favorite bottle.

Try saying: “Where’s my last order?” or “Reorder the Pinot Noir from last month.”
